1. Where are you located?

Our online store is based in Canada, but our items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Asia to bring you the latest trends at the best prices.

2. What are the delivery times?

Delivery takes approximately 2 weeks from the processing of your order. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped.

3. What are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery is free for the following countries: FRANCE, SWITZERLAND, MONACO, LUXEMBOURG.

4. Do you ship internationally?

We deliver worldwide except to countries in Asia and South America.

5. Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?

Yes! We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Please see the following question for accepted return conditions.

6. What are the return conditions?

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • No smell of smoke, perfume, pet hair or traces of makeup
  • Returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
  • Final sale items are not returnable.

7. Where should I send my return?

Contact us and we will provide you with the appropriate return address and a prepaid label .

8. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation by email.

9. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.
If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
