1. Where are you located?
Our online boutique is based in Canada, but our merchandise is shipped directly from our warehouse in Asia to offer you the latest styles at the best prices.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes approximately 2 weeks from the time your order is processed. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
3. How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 200 CAD. For orders under 200 CAD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Canada, the USA, France, Spain, Portugal, Italie, United Kingdom, Germany and Belgium. We are working on expanding our shipping zones soon!
5. Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
Yes! We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. See the next question for accepted return conditions.
6. What are the conditions for returns?
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

No smoke, perfume, pet hair, or makeup stains

Returned items must pass an inspection before the refund is processed

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
7. Where do I send my return?
You can return your items to our designated return centers in Canada or the USA. Just contact us and we’ll provide the appropriate return address and prepaid label.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has passed inspection, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll be notified by email when the refund has been processed.
9. Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
