Cancelation, Returns & Refunds
CANCELATION:
An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.
An order may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If an order can be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.
If you do not see the "Cancel Order" button, your order is already being processed. Please note, the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.
If an order can no longer be canceled, we recommend to initiate a return for any unwanted items once you receive your package within 7 business days.
RETURNS:
We offer 7 Business days Free Return.
Processing time is 5 - 7 business days after we receive the return.
To help expedite the processing of returns, please follow these instructions:
- Return auth number must be included with the return. (This can be found under Orders -> Return on the site).
- All items returned must be new, unworn, and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.
- Send return back within 7 business days of this submission to:

REFUND:
Once we receive your package, we’ll check the condition of the garment — if everything’s in line with our return policy, you’ll receive a full refund!

- Send return back within 7 business days after delivery.
After 7 business days, you won't be able to apply for a return.
