HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FULFILL AN ORDER?

We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

 

CAN I UPGRADE TO EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

You can upgrade your shipping method while we’re fulfilling your order, but you won’t be able to change your shipping method after that.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

You can change or cancel an order that has already been submitted, unless it’s being fulfilled
